CeO2对RuO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂湿式氧化降解苯酚性能的影响

【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备了 Ru O2 /γ- Al2 O3和 Ru O2 / Ce O2 /γ- Al2 O3催化剂 ,并利用 XRD、 SEM和 XPS对催化剂进行了表征 ,研究了 Ce的加入对 Ru O2 /γ- Al2 O3催化剂表面分散性和催化剂表面元素 Ru,O和 Ce化学态的影响 ,同时考察了 Ru O2 /γ- Al2 O3和 Ru O2 / Ce O2 /γ- Al2 O3催化剂湿式氧化降解苯酚的活性 ,并深入探讨了 Ce对 Ru O2 /γ- Al2 O3催化剂的助催化作用。结果表明 :Ce掺杂改性后 ,使催化剂表面 Ru的化学态降低、表面氧空位增加 ,并且活性组分Ru的分散性增加 ,从而使 Ru O2 / Ce O2 /γ- Al2 O3催化剂的活性提高 ,因此 Ce起到了显著的助催化作用

【Abstract】 RuO2/γ-Al2O3 and RuO2/CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation of γ-Al2O3 with RuCl3 and Ce(NO33.The catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM and XPS.It was studied that adding Ce influenced of the chemical state of Ru, O and Ce on the surface of the catalysts.Catalytic wet air oxidation of phenol was investigated over RuO2/γ-Al2O3 and RuO2/CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts and the Ce-promoted catalyst was very active.Moreover the reason that Ce promoted the activity of RuO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was stndied.The results show that the decrease of the chemical state of Ru,the increase in the surface contents of oxygen vacancies and the better dispersion of RuO2 are responsible methods for the better activity of RuO2/CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst.
