双丝电弧喷涂中的粒子交叉飞行现象
Cross Flying Behavior of Particles in Wire Arc Spray Process
【摘要】 通过对电弧喷涂涂层显微组织的定量分析发现,来自阴极和阳极的熔融粒子在焰流中存在"交叉"飞行现象。沿喷涂丘的横断面,来自阴极和阳极的扁平化粒子以接近反对称的方式分布。对于开放式喷涂系统和具有收敛形喷嘴的封闭式喷涂系统来说,阴极粒子和阳极粒子的最大密度区不重合,而且也不在焰流中心线上。但是对于具有拉瓦尔喷管的封闭式喷涂系统来说该现象不明显。
【Abstract】 Quantitative analysis of the microstructure of the mound of deposit arc sprayed revealed that there was a cross flying behavior of particles in the plume Along the cross section of the deposit mound, flattened particles from the anode and cathode wires were distributed in an antisymmetric way about the centerline of the plume and varied gradually For the deposits sprayed by an open nozzle system and a closed nozzle system with converging bore, the locations of the maximum particle density of the anode and cathode materials were not coincided with each other and were not located at the centerline of the plume However, for the deposit sprayed with closed nozzle system with convergingdiverging bore, such phenomenon was not obvious
