TB8超高强度钛合金热工艺参数研究
Thermo-mechanical Processing Parameters of TB8 Super-high Strength Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 采用对比的方法研究了锻造温度、变形程度、锻后冷速对TB8钛合金组织性能的影响。试验结果表明,相变点以上30~50℃的β锻造方法、30%~65%的较大变形程度、锻后采用空冷,并采用合适的固溶时效热处理制度,可获得强度-塑性-韧性的最佳匹配。
【Abstract】 The effect of forging processing parameters such as forging temperature, deformation and postforging cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of TB8 titanihm alloy was studied The results show that, after β forging by 30% to 65% at Tβ+20℃ and by postforging air cooling way, optimum mechanical properties can be obtained with proper heat treatment processing
