柔性陶瓷三元层状碳化物Ti3SiC2的金属特性
The Metal Properties of the Layered TernaryCarbide Ti3SiC2 Ductile Ceramic
【摘要】 Ti3Si C2 兼有金属和陶瓷材料的优异性能 ,是新一代高性能高温结构材料、电工材料、自润滑轴承的理想候选对象。重点介绍制备 Ti3Si C2 的主要方法 :气相沉积法、自蔓延高温合成法、热压和热等静压法、放电等离子烧结法 ,并论述了 Ti3Si C2 的未来研究方向和潜在的应用前景
【Abstract】 Ti 3SiC 2 is a layered hexagonal structure: It has a combination of both metal and ceramics properties The excellent properties of Ti 3SiC 2 enable it the ideal materials for high temperature structure, electrical engineering and self lubricating applications The main synthesis methods of Ti 3SiC 2 include CVD, SPS, HP/HIP and SPS Additionally, the research expectation on the compound and its using foreground are also discussed in the paper
