【Abstract】 The paper reviews the characteristics, applications and developments of up-concerting luminescence materials, especially its application prospects in biochip technology. It analyzes the characters of ideal luminescence probe and summarizes the advantages of up-converting luminescence probe compared with conventional luminescence probes in the biochip technology,and suggests a practical way of using up-converting luminescence materials in biochip technology and discusses problems that need to be solved.更多还原
