纳米SiO2润滑油添加剂的制备
Preparation of Nano-SiO2 Lubricant Additive
【摘要】 速用正硅酸乙酯为原始材料,制备了应用于润滑油添加剂的纳米二氧化硅。通过正交实验讨论各反应因素对产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。利用XRD、TEM、FT-IR测试手段研完了最佳反应条件下制得的二氧化硅的结构和形貌。结果表明二氧化硅为40nm左右的球形,属于无定形结构,表面含有大量的羟基,可在金属表面形成吸附薄膜。
【Abstract】 In this study we prepared nano-SiO2 lubricant additive from TEOS by alkoxide hydrolysis-precipitation method,and discussed factors influencing yield through orthogonal test to define optimum reaction conditions. The structure and morphology of SiO2 were studied by XRD, FT-IR and TEM. The results show that SiO2 is amorphous sphere at a 40nm diameter, and its surface has a lot of hydroxyl groups, which can form an absorption film on metal surface-
