超声条件下羟基磷灰石纳米针状晶体的制备

【摘要】 采用超声波处理技术,在常压下用湿化学沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石纳米针状晶体。通过控制超声处理过程中的超声时间和超声时分散剂的含量,研究了制备过程中超声处理条件对纳米针状羟基磷灰石形态和结晶度的影响,得知釆用超声处理有助于对人体骨纳米针状晶羟基磷灰石的模拟制备。

【Abstract】 Nanometer-size needle-like hydroxyapatite (HA) crystals were prepared by a wet chemicalprecipitation method at atmospheric pressure using ultrasonic technique. Effects of ultrasonic treatment on crystal morphology and size of HA under different process conditions are studied by controlling the daration of ultrasonic treatment and the content of dispersants. Ultrasonic treatment can effectively improve preparation of nanometer-size needle-like hydroxyapatite (HA) crystals that are similar to HA crystal of human bone.
