纳米磁性四氧化三铁的制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of Nanometer Magnetite
【摘要】 采用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米磁性Fe3O4粒子。选用NH3·H2O作为沉淀剂,加入到Fe2+和Fe3+的混合溶液中,制得了纳米磁性Fe3O4粒子。考察了Fe2+和Fe3+溶液浓度、沉淀剂的浓度、Fe3+/Fe3+/OH-、温度及搅拌速度等因素对产物粒径及性能的影响,并对其进行了初步的性能表征。
【Abstract】 In this work,nanometer magnetite(Fe3O4),particles ware prepared by chemical co-precipitation.NH3H2O was chosen to act as precipitating agent,which was is added to mixed aqueous solution containing ferric and ferrous ions to produce, nanometer magnetite(Fe3O4) particles. How the size and characterization of the product are affected by concentration of ferric and ferrous solution,concentration of precipitating agent .molar ratio of Fe2+/Fe3+/ OH-, temperature and mixing rate etc,was examined,and preliminary characterization was also performed.
