功率超声作用下纳米氧化铜粉体的制备
Preparation of Nanopowder CuO Using High Intensity Ultrasonic Field
【摘要】 用Cu(NH3)6(OH)2在功率超声作用下分解制备了纳米CuO粉体。用X射线衍射和透射电镜进行表征,结果表明,所得纳米CuO粉体平均粒径为24nm,尺寸分布范围较窄。
【Abstract】 Nanopowder CuO was prepared by a new method which involves homogeneous precipitation inhigh intensity ultrasonic field. Powder so obtained was examined by XRD and TEM, and the results show that the grain size of nanopowder CuO is 24nm on the average with a narrow distribution range.
