温度导向法制备氟化镧掺杂单晶及其电导率的测定
Preparation of Lanthanum Floride Single Crystals (Mixed) and Measurement of Their Ionic Conductivity
【摘要】 采用温度下降法在实验室条件下制备了氟化镧{纯LaF3及掺杂(Sm,Eu,Ga)F3、CaF2的LaF3}单晶。用交流电桥法测定了20~100℃范围內这些单晶的离子导电率,得出其离子导电率在10-6Scm-1数量级。用交流阻抗谱的方法在100~400℃范围内、氩气保护下测定了氟化镧{LaF3掺杂1%(Sm,Eu,Ga)F3、2.05%CaF2}单晶及市售氟化镧{LaF3掺杂(0.2%EuF2、5%CaF2)}单晶的阻抗谱,求得单晶离子电导率皆在10-4Scm-1数量级。
【Abstract】 Lanthanum floride single crystals [pure LaF3, mixed (Sm,Eu,Ga) F3 or CaF2] were preparated by means of temperature decrease at laboratory. Ionic conductivity of these lanthanum floride single crystals were measured using AC bridge. In the range 20 - 100℃, it was of the order 10-6 Scm-1. Impedance spectroscopy of lanthanum floride single crystals [LaF3 mixed 1% (Sm,Eu,Ga)F32. 05%CaF2,LaF3 mixed 0. 2%EuF25% CaF2] were also measured in the range 100-400℃ under argon atmosphere,and ionic conductivity was af the order of 10-4 Scm-1 for both single crystals.
