炭材料用煤沥青流变性能的研究现状
Factors Influencing Rheological Properties of Coal Tar Pitch Matrix for Carbon Materials
【摘要】 粘度是沥青流变性能的主要标志。综述了炭材料用煤沥青流变性能的研究现状。重点讨论了沥青的表观粘度与温度、剪切速率、分子组成、分子量分布、添加剂等之间的关系。指出了沥青的流变性能受多种因素影响,及其对炭材料的工艺及性能起着非常重要的作用。
【Abstract】 Viscosity is one of the major indicators of rheological properties. In this paper, we summarize recent developments in research on coal tar pitch rheological properties for carbon materials, with focus on relations between apparent viscosity and the properties such as temperature,shear rate,molecule composition,molecular weight distribution and additive. It is also pointed out that the properties are influenced by many factors, and play an important role in carbon materials process and properties.
