交联蒙脱石的制备方法及其对结构和性质的影响
Synthesis of Cross Linked Montmorillonite and Effect of Different Synthesis Methods on Structure and Properties
【摘要】 把羟基铝镰聚合物引入蒙脱石层间,制备交联蒙脱石。用XRD、非水溶液滴定法及对红色染料的脱色能力等研究了制备方法及条件变化对蒙脱石层间结构、表面性质的影响。结果表明,制备方法、条件等对蒙脱石层间结构、表面酸量及表面吸附性等均有较大的影响,且交联蒙脱石在400℃以下热稳定性较好。
【Abstract】 Hydroxy-Al-Ni polymer was introduced into the interlamellar space of montmorillonites to synthesize hydroxy-Al-Ni cross linked montmorillonite. The effects of different methods and conditions on the structure and surface properties were studied by XRD.nonaqueous solution titration,and decoloring performance on orcein dye.The results indicate that interlamellar structure of montmorillonites,amount of surface acidity and its decoloring performance show significant dependence on methods and conditions used. This cross linked montmorillonite showed a higher thermal stability at temperatures up to 400℃.
