电沉积纳米复合材料的研究与应用
Electrodeposited Nanocomposites: Research Advances and Applications
【摘要】 纳米复合材料电沉积工艺是在金属电沉积过程中加入纳米颗粒,使其与金属共沉积,并通过控制适当的工艺条件,最终获得具有优良性能的纳米复合材料的过程。分析了电沉积过程中纳米复合材料的形成机理,综述了各种因素对复合电沉积过程的影响,介绍了复合沉积层的各种性能及应用。
【Abstract】 The electrodepositing technology for preparing nanocomposites is a "process in which metal is coelectrodeposited with nanoparticles.and nanocomposites which show excellent properties are obtained under suitable technological conditions. In this paper,the formation mechanism for nanocomposites is analyzed,the effects of some factors on the co-electrodepositing process are discussed,and the properties of nanocomposites as well as their applications are described.
