PBO纤维研究进展
Advances in PBO Fiber Research
【摘要】 介绍了一种高性能有机纤维——聚对亚苯基苯并双噁唑([poly(P-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole)简称PBO]的制作、应用及结构与性能间的关系。先进的纺丝技术及高度取向的刚性分子结构使PBO纤维具备优异的力学性能(E拉=280GPa)及热学性能,从而作为超级纤维有巨大的应用潜力。同时还简述了PBO纤维复合材料的研究现状及存在问题。
【Abstract】 The preparation,application,and heat treatment-property relation of poly[p-phenylene-2,6-ben-zobisoxazole]( PBO) fiber are introduced in this paper. Advanced spinning techniques and highly oriented rod molecules ensure that PBO fiber has excellent mechanical properties (E = 280GPa)and heat resistance. As a supper fiber,PBO fiber has wide potential applications. Current research on composites made of PBO fiber and existing problems in this area are also briefly reviewed.
