镁合金上硫酸镍体系化学镀镍工艺

【摘要】 研究了在AZ91D镁合金上用硫酸镍进行化学镀镍的工艺,对镁合金酸洗、活化、浸锌、化学镀镍等表面处理过程以及镀液成分进行了试验。当用CrO3125g/L和HNO3(68%)110mL/L酸洗,HF(40%)385mL/L活化,用含ZnSO4·7H2O30g/L的浸锌液进行浸锌,采用含NiSO4·6H2O20g/L、NaH2PO2·H2O20g/L的镀镍液进行化学镀镍时,得到的镀层比相同条件下碱式碳酸镍化学镀镍的镀层耐蚀性好。

【Abstract】 The electroless nickel plating technology of AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied in nickel sulfate bath, and the treatment processes such as acid picking, activation, immersing zinc, electroless copper plating and electroless nickel plating were tested as well as the composition of bath. The corrosion resistance of coating obtained under selective process conditions was better than that of basic nickel carbonate electroless plating.
