【摘要】 采用正交试验及周期试验,研究了长寿命高稳定性化学镀镍工艺。研究结果表明,复合稳定剂与络合剂的合理匹配对镀液使用寿命的影响至关重要,使用寿命是检验镀液稳定性的最有效标准。研究的长寿命化学镀镍工艺可以使用15个周期以上,镀层各项性能指标符合工业应用要求,可以进行工业化应用。更多还原
