热浸镀锌钢筋在混凝土中的应用前景
Application Prospect of Hot Dip Galvanized Rebar in Concrete
【摘要】 概述了混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀机理及热浸镀锌钢筋的发展前景。混凝土是一种复合材料,它提供给钢筋一种碱性环境,钢筋在此环境下很少被侵蚀。然而,有两种现象可以导致混凝土钢筋的严重腐蚀,就是氯化物的侵蚀和碳化作用。对于前者有3种因素(氯化物、氧气和水)促进钢筋的腐蚀;后者主要是二氧化碳起重要作用,它渗透到混凝土中形成了碳酸钙,导致混凝土碱性的降低,使钢筋发生了腐蚀。
【Abstract】 Concrete was one of composite materials to provide alkali environment that the rebar would originally seldom be corroded. However two phenomena, chloride attack and carbonation, would cause severe corrosion for steels in concrete. For the former three factors (chloride, oxygen and water) were contributed to the corrosion. For the latter carbon dioxide played an important role. The formation of calcium carbonate would decrease the alkality of concrete and the corrosion was easy.
