废Pd/C催化剂中钯的回收

【摘要】 研究了从废Pd/C催化剂中得到高回收率粗钯的方法,研究了从粗钯回收高纯度钯的3种方法,提出了1种工艺简单、效果好、成本低、易操作的从废Pd/C催化剂中回收钯的方法。试验表明,本方法适用于实际生产应用。

【Abstract】 The optimal process of recovering crude palladium in a high recovery ratio from spent Pd/C catalyst was studied. Three methods to refining precious metal Pd of high purity from crude Pd were compared, then a new process of reclaiming pure Pd from spent Pd/C catalyst was presented with some advantages such as technological simplicity, easier practical operation, low cost, high total recovery ratio and high purity, etc. The results showed that precious metal Pd could be recovered with satisfying recovery ratio and purity according to the process that included burning and ashing of spent Pd/C catalyst, crude Pd reduced by formic acid, dissolving and reducing by Zn powder, treating by dilute hydrochloric acid and washing.
