【摘要】 研究了Watts型镀镍液中SiO2微粒在镀层中的含量与阴极电流密度的关系,以及镀液的pH值、搅拌速度、电流密度、微粒悬浮量、添加剂等工艺条件和参数对Ni-SiO2复合镀层的影响,确定了其最佳镀液组成和工艺参数;SEM能量色散检测表明,制备的镀层中SiO2质量含量在10%~20%。镀层的外现均匀、细致,并有金属光泽。

【Abstract】 The relation between SiO2 content in coating and cathodic current density was studied in Watts solu-tion, along with the effects of technological condition and parameters on the composite coating had also been discussed including pH value, stirring speed, current density, particle concentration and additives. The optimal bath composi-tion and technological parameters were established. The appearance and components of Ni-SiO2 coating were observed and analyzed by SEM. Experimental results showed that the crystal-refined agent could improve the appearance of composite coating, and the amount of SiO2 was about 10 wt% - 20 wt% in the Ni-SiO2 coating. The appearances of coating were uniform and fine with metallic luster.
