亚硝酸二环己胺与海泡石压片的力学及缓蚀性能

【摘要】 测量了亚硝酸二环己胺与海泡石混合压片后的力学性能,分析了亚硝酸二环己胺与海泡石压片对金属的缓蚀性能。研究结果表明,当加入一定量的海泡石时,有利于缓蚀剂的挥发,当压片中含有20%(质量百分数)海泡石时,亚硝酸二环己胺的挥发速度最快。金属只有处于缓蚀剂的饱和蒸气中才能达到最大的缓性效果,金属一旦离开缓蚀剂所处的环境,其表面缓蚀剂吸附层迅速被破坏,不能达到预期的效果。

【Abstract】 The physical and inhibition characteristics of dicyclohexylamine nitrite and volcanic ash tablet were determined. Results showed that volcanic ash was favor of volatilization of dicyclohexylamine nitrite. With 20% volcanic ash in the tablet, volatilization rate of dicyclohexylamine nitrite was the fastest. Only when metal was conserved in the saturated inhibitor vapor of dicyclohexylamine nitrite, the best inhibition efficiency would be reached. While metal was taken out of inhibition environment, the protecting layer of dicyclohexylamine nitrite on the surface of metal would be destroyed, and corrosion inhibition would disappear.
