马来酸酐三元共聚物的阻垢、分散及缓蚀性能

【摘要】 研究了以水为溶剂、过硫酸盐作引发剂合成的马来酸酐 烯丙基磺酸钠 丙烯酰胺 (MA SAS AM)三元聚合物阻垢剂的阻垢、分散及缓蚀性能 ,测定了阻垢剂浓度、溶液pH值、Ca2 + 浓度及介质温度对阻垢效果的影响。结果表明 ,MA SAS AM对磷酸钙具有优异的阻垢性能 ,对锌盐具有良好的稳定作用 ,对碳酸钙阻垢效果较差。pH =9时 ,12mg/L的阻垢剂对磷酸钙垢的抑制率达 97% ,对锌盐为 69%。聚合物对氧化铁的分散效果好 ,对碳钢具有一定的缓蚀性能。

【Abstract】 The water-soluble polymer MA-SAS-AM was prepared by solution polymerization technique with water as solvent and persulfate as initiator. Scale inhibition and dispersion performances of the polymer as well as anti-corrosion were studied, and the effects of polymer concentration, pH value, Ca 2+ concentration, and temperature were evaluated. The experimental results showed that the polymer had an excellent efficiency of scale inhibition against Ca-3(PO-4)-2 and good against zinc salt, but poor against CaCO-3. The scale inhibition efficiency against Ca-3(PO-4)-2 was 97.0%, and 69.0% against zinc salt with 12mg/L polymer at pH=9.0. Fe-2O-3 could be dispersed well by the polymer and the corrosion of steel was decreased to some extent.
