化学镀镍-磷合金镀液的络合及其周期性变化

【摘要】 研究了在化学镀镍 磷合金镀液的使用过程中 ,络合的周期变化情况。根据镀液成分的变化 ,建立了动态数学模型 ,该模型包括镀液中乳酸的水解及络合、亚磷酸氢根的离解和沉淀的产生

【Abstract】 The cyclical complexation of electroless Ni-P alloy baths was discussed to build a dynamic mod-el-accor ding to the variable concentration of components. The model included three stages as lactic acid hydrolysis and complexing, phosphorous acid decomposing and deposition separating.
