耐磨复合磷化膜的研制
Wear Resistant Composite Phosphatizing Coating
【摘要】 按磷化的成膜机理 ,设计了复合磷化液配方 ,进行了多种实验 ,研究了多种金属离子如K+、NH4 +、Na+、Fe2 +、Mn2 +、Zn2 +、Ca2 +、Sb3 +、Cu2 +、Ni2 +的含量、温度、酸比等工艺参数对磷化成膜的影响。结果表明 ,复合磷化克服了常规磷化的不足 ,磷化膜耐磨性能好。复合磷化膜具有好的热稳定性及耐磨抗磨性能
【Abstract】 A composite phosphatizing solution was developed according to the mechanism of phosphatizing film forming. The effect of process parameters on phosphatizing coating were investigate including various metal ions such as K +, NH + 4 , Na +, Fe 2+ , Mn 2+ , Zn 2+ , Ca 2+ , Sb 3+ , Cu 2+ , Ni 2+ and temperature and acid rate etc. Composite phosphatizing coating had advantage of conventional phosphatizing coating in excellent thermal stability and wear resistance.
