【Abstract】 In 2002, the inflow of international capital into China apparently accelerated. Under this circumstance, with the increase of newly added foreign investment, some new features and changes began to appear, and at the same time, some problems were exposed. To domestic enterprises, the sustained growth of foreign investment not only means the intensified competition but also new market possibilities.
