【摘要】 对影响辣椒子叶培养的主要因素材料的基因型、培养基的成分、培养环境的研究情况作了综合论述,并指出辣椒子叶离体培养研究的意义和存在的主要问题。

【Abstract】 The progress of effect of genotype,explant,composition of culture medium and culture en-vironment on plant regeneration from cotyledon are reviewed in Capsicum.The importance and major prob-lems are discussed.
