【Abstract】 Invasion field of eggplant verticillium wilt is40%-100%in north area.In Changjiang Valley,southern bacterial wilt decreases production20%-30%,even50%-60%.The diseases could be resolved by biological technolo-gy.Study on protoplast fusion and genetic transformation of eggplant is reviewed,and the major problems are dis-cussed.更多还原
