【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿的诊断、手术时机、手术方法和愈后。方法回顾分析16例骑跨横硬膜外血肿的受伤机理、临床特点、诊断要点及手术方法。结果16例病人均手术治疗,15例痊愈,1例死亡。结论外伤性骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿的预后较好,单纯性硬膜外血肿一旦确诊,应尽早手术治疗。早期诊断、及时处理是抢救成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis, operational opportunity, operational method and prognosis of traumatic epidural hematoma straddling the transverse sinus. Methods 16 cases of epidural hematoma straddling the transverse sinus were retrospectively analyzed, the mechanism of injury, clinical characters, main point of diagnosis and operational method were studied. Results All 16 cases underwent surgical operation. 15 cases were cured, 1 case died. Conclusion The prognosis of epidural hematoma straddling the transverse sinus is good. Once the simple epidural hemotoma is diagnosed, the operation should be taken as soon as possible. Early diagnosis and on time treatment are the key points of a successful therapy.更多还原
