【摘要】 目的 探讨额颞大骨瓣治疗高血压特重型壳核出血的疗效。 方法 分析额颞大骨瓣治疗高血压脑出血42例患者的临床资料、手术方法及疗效。 结果死亡14例(占33％),ADL5级3例(占7％),ADL4级3例(占7％),ADL3级16例(占 38％),ADL2级6例(占14％)。结论额颞大骨瓣治疗高血压特重型壳核出血能明显降低死亡率,明显提高中残和轻残病人比例(占52％),是一种有效的治疗措施。但本组植物生存及重残病人比例亦高达14％,有待进--步总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of large fronto-temple cranial window in treating especially severe hypertensive putamen hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data, surgical methods and therapeutic effects were retrospectively analyzed in 42 cases of severe hypertensive putamen hemorrhage treated with large fronto-temple cranial window. Results After the operation, 14 cases (33 %) died, 3 cases (7 %) were ADL5 , 3 cases (7 %) ADL4, 16 cases (38 %) ADL3 , 6 cases (14 %) ADL2 , no case ADLI. Conclusion Used to treat severe hypertensive putamen hemorrhage, as an effective therapy, large fronto-temple cranial window is likely to decrease mortality rate and raise the rate of ADL2 and ADL3 (52 %) to an obvious extent. However, further study waits to be made because the rate of ADL4 and ADL5 keeps so high as 14 %.更多还原
