银行国际化:组织机构形式的选择

【摘要】 关于银行国际化经营的组织形式 ,国内几乎没有什么文献作过深入研究。然而 ,在实际经营中 ,银行一旦确定国际化扩张的战略后 ,面临的首要问题就是设立何种形式的海外机构。对此 ,本文在前人研究的基础上 ,细化了银行国际化组织形式的类型和特征 ,分析了代理行与海外分 (子 )行、分行与子行之间的选择标准和影响因素 ,并相应提出了我国商业银行在国际化进程中的组织形式选择安排 ,从而对我国银行实施“走出去”的战略有一定的现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Literature about the choice of organizational forms in foreign banking is relatively scarce in China.However, the first problem a bank will confront is the choice of a suitable organizational form to carry out businesses once the bank has made a final decision about its internationally expanding strategy On the basis of previous studies, this paper gives a detailed description about the types and characteristics of organizational forms in foreign banking; analyzes the standards and factors about the choices between agencies and branches/subsidiaries, and choices between branches and subsidiaries; provides an arrangement about the choices of organization forms in the process of China’s bank internationalization.更多还原
