套管井电缆地层测试新技术
Two New Methods for Cased Hole Wireline Formation Test
【摘要】 介绍了两种套管井电缆地层测试新技术。一种是CHDT套管井动态测试器 ,利用一柔性轴钻钻穿套管、水泥环和地层 ,测量各储层压力 ,采集它们的流体样品并及时对测试钻孔进行封堵。地层的压力和流量可实时测量 ,在每个测试点能进行多次预测试。在套管井中能够有效地完成地层压力剖面测量、地层压力梯度确定和地层动态参数测试。同时通过组合有关模块 ,可以在套管井中获取大体积和PVT性质的流体样品 ;另一种是用MDT进行套管井地层测试技术。通过电缆在 3 0 5mm间隔的层段射孔 ,用双封隔器使测试工具固定在射孔段 ,然后通过测试器抽出地层流体 ,获得有代表性的地层流体样品。介绍了 2种仪器的组成、结构原理、功能以及油田测试结果 ,并对其优缺点进行了对比。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces two new methods for cased hole wireline formation test. One is to make formation test by using CHDT. The tool uses a flexible shaft to drill holes through casing,cement and formation,measure each reservoir pressure,collect fluid samples and seal the holes. Pressure and flow rate measurements can be made in real time, and repeatable pretests can be performed at each pressure test point. Pressure profiling,formation fluid gradient determination and formation parameters estimation can now be effectively accomplished in cased holes. Large-volume samples and PVT-quality samples can be taken by combining modules from both the cased hole and openhole formation testers. The other is to make cased hole formation test by way of using MDT. The tool perforates at a 305 mm interval via wineline,fixing the testing tool at the perforated zone with straddle packers,and pumping formation fluids through the tool to catch representative samples. At the same time,this paper introduces apparatus components,structure,functions and oilfield test results.
