以催化油浆窄馏分为添加剂的Al-MCM-41分子筛的合成
Synthesis of Al-MCM-41 Molecular Sieve with Narrow SFEF Fractions from FCC Decant Oil as Additive
【摘要】 采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂 ,以正硅酸乙酯为硅源 ,以硫酸铝为铝源 ,水热合成了以催化油浆窄馏分为添加剂的高比表面积Al MCM 4 1介孔分子筛 ,并利用XRD ,HREM ,TG DTA及N2 吸附 脱附等测试手段对合成样品进行了表征 .合成的Al MCM 4 1分子筛的比表面积和孔体积分别达到 12 95m2 /g和 1 5cm3 /g ,其平均孔径为 4 3nm .重点研究了Al MCM 4 1分子筛结晶度、晶胞参数、比表面积、孔体积及平均孔径等结构性质随催化油浆窄馏分添加量及其组成的变化规律 ,并从合成机理上进行了解释
【Abstract】 Al MCM 41 mesoporous molecular sieve with high specific surface area was hydrothermally synthesized with the additive (SC) of the narrow fractions solved by toluene from FCC (fluid catalytic cracking) decant oil obtained by supercritical fluid extraction fractionation (SFEF) technique, using cationic surfactant of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as templating agent, tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source and aluminum sulfate as aluminum source. XRD, HREM, TG DTA and N 2 adsorption desorption were used to characterize the pore structure of the synthesized molecular sieve samples. The crystallinity of the molecular sieve sample with SC as additive decreases by 9 1% and the first character peak shifts to larger 2 θ . The molecular sieve sample has a uniform hexagonal arrangement. The specific surface area and the pore volume of the molecular sieve samples are up to 1?295 m 2/g and 1 5 cm 3/g respectively, and the average pore diameter is 4 3 nm. The introduction of SC enlarges the micellae formed by surfactant molecules, increases the chance of condensation of water molecules and Si O H, and increases the amount of water molecules concerned with synthesis of molecular sieve, which makes up the reduced mass with removal of additive and strengthens the thermal stability of the molecular sieve. In addition, DTA profile shows that the exothermic peak of the molecular sieve shifts to higher temperature, which explains that the decomposition temperature of template molecules bonded with Si O Al group is increased with the addition of SC. The emphasis was put on research of the changes of the structure properties such as crystallinity, crystal cell parameters, specific surface area, pore volume and average pore diameter with the amount and constitute of narrow distillation fractions. The experimental results were explained from synthetic mechanism.
