负载Pt活性炭纤维对NO的吸附活性
NO Adsorption Activity of Pt Supported on Activated Carbon Fiber
【摘要】 采用电化学方法制备了负载Pt的活性炭纤维 ,为研究其微孔结构、Pt的分散性以及对NO的吸附活性 ,分别考察了其对氮气、水和NO的吸附 .电沉积Pt活性炭纤维的氮吸附等温线仍呈Langmuir型 ,表面积和微孔孔径基本不变 ;对水的初始吸附点数远远大于活性炭纤维 .这表明电沉积Pt没有改变活性炭纤维的微孔结构 ,Pt粒高度分散在活性炭纤维的外表面 .而NO的吸附量显著增加 ,说明存在化学吸附
【Abstract】 The Pt supported on activated carbon fiber (Pt-ACF) was prepared by electrodeposition. Its micropore structure, Pt dispersion and NO adsorption activity were studied using N2, H2O and NO adsorption. The N2 adsorption isotherm of Pt-ACF was found to be still in Langmuir type. Its surface area and micropore diameter determined from αs-plots of N2 adsorption isotherm changed little, which suggested that Pt electrodeposition did not change the micropore structure of the activated carbon fiber significantly. Dubinin-Serpinsky plots showed that the number of primary adsorption centers of water on Pt-ACF was much larger than that on activated carbon fiber, which suggested that Pt particles were highly dispersed on the external surface of carbon fiber. The amount of NO adsorption on Pt-ACF was found to be enhanced remarkably and part of NO was adsorbed chemically. Extended Dubinin-Radushkevich plots of NO adsorption isotherms indicated that the quasi saturated vapor pressure of NO in micropores decreased by 100 kPa and isosteric heat of adsorption increased by 1.6 kJ/mol owing to the Pt electrodeposition. These results demonstrated that NO interacted strongly with the electrodeposited Pt particles and that NO in Pt-ACF micropores was kept in a more confined state such as a dimer.
