【Abstract】 digital elevation model is a part of the National Foundamental Geography Information Database,also is a great scale project for geo-information collection.We digitized about more than20000map sheets covered the whole China,and created DEM with25meters resolution.The volume of the data included the vector data and DEM data is larger than300GB.According to Client/Server and three-tier architecture,we developed the1:50000DEM database management system.It has integrated and managed in large capacity and various types of spatial data.In this paper,key techniques of the database design and implementation are addressed.更多还原
