诺维信酶制剂在无磷洗衣粉中的应用研究

【摘要】 在4种市售无磷洗衣粉和一种皂粉中对诺维信新型全效酶Totalase与三元复合酶Sav/Term/Cell7 2/24/0 14T的洗涤性能进行了比较,以Totalase作为洗涤剂用酶通过L16(42×29)和L9(34)正交实验对无磷洗衣粉配方进行了优化,筛选出较优配方。用实际洗衣机洗涤试验,验证了配方优化研究的结果。结果表明,在有限成本内酶制剂是提高无磷洗衣粉洗涤效果和改善白度保持性能的有效组分。

【Abstract】 Washing performance comparison was conducted among four market non-phosphate detergents and one soap-based detergent for Novozymes ternary enzyme,Sav/Term/Cell/72/24/014T and Totalase.With totalase as the enzyme ingredient formula optimization was done for a non-phosphate detergent via orthogonal experimental design method.The performance of the optimized formula was confirmed by tests with household washing machine under normal conditions.The results showed that enzymes are cost-effective ingredients for lmproving performance of non-phosphate detergents within limited cost margin.
