洗涤剂助剂间的相互影响(Ⅰ)——聚羧酸盐对碳酸钙结晶的影响
Interaction between different detergent assistants(Ⅰ)the effect of polycarboxylates on the crystallization of calcium carbonate
【摘要】 在25℃、pH为10 3、钙离子浓度为2 5mmol/L、Na2CO3为3 7mmol/L的条件下用离子选择电极法和浊度分析法测定了相对分子质量为4000~35000的聚丙烯酸钠(PAA)、马来酸和丙烯酸嵌段共聚物(CP5)、三聚磷酸钠(STP)(m(添加剂)∶m(Na2CO3)为1∶40和1∶20)对CaCO3结晶的影响。结果发现:这些添加剂都能显著抑制CaCO3晶体的增长,且结晶过程明显分为快速形成晶核、耗时较长的初晶老化、晶体逐渐增长和晶体总量不变而缓慢溶合的4个阶段,PAA抑制能力要优于STPP,相对分子质量低的PAA对碳酸钙晶体生长的抑制效果更为明显。另外,通过去污试验知:PAA抑制作用导致的高钙离子浓度会影响阴离子表面活性剂的去污性能。
【Abstract】 The effect of PAA,CP5 and STPP on the crystallization of calcium carbonate was investigated with the methods of ion selective electrode and turbility measurement.The results show that these additives can all inhibit the growth of CaCO3 dramatically,and there are four stages in the process of the crystallization of CaCO3(fast forming core crystal nucleus,aging of crystals without any more growing).The CaCO3 inhibition ability of PAA is better than STPP,and PAA with low molecular weight is more effective.Moreover,the test of washing power shows that the high Ca2+ concentration caused by the inhibition of PAA effects anionic surfactants washing power.
