【摘要】 采用毛细管气相色谱法测定牙膏中薄荷醇的量。该方法的线性相关系数为:1 000;平均精密度为:1%;平均回收率为:100 7%。实验结果显示:该测定方法准确、稳定,能准确定量不同类型牙膏中的薄荷醇量,同时该测定方法简便,可操作性强,因此可以作为牙膏产品质量监控的方法之一,也可为牙膏新产品研发提供有效的参考依据。同时,实验结果还表明,不同类型及不同品牌牙膏中的薄荷醇量有着显著的差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of menthol in toothpaste were determinated by capillary gas chromatography.The linear correlation cofficient of the method is 1000;the average precision is 1 %,and the average recovery is 1007 %.The results of the experiment shows that the determination method is stable and accurate,it can be used to determinate the contents of menthol in different kinds of toothpaste accurately,meanwhile this method is simple to handle,can be used for quality control,and be used in development of new products.The results also shows that the contents of menthol in different kinds or brands of toothpaste are also obviously different.更多还原
