【摘要】 TCBS培养基是医学临床上分离致病弧菌的常用方法,而在对虾养殖生产中,也可以顺利达到分离弧菌的目的。对虾养殖池水质监测中,如果水中弧菌菌群数量在TCBS培养基上大量增加,由100个/ml以上,突然增加到300～500个/ml时,养殖池水也一定会发生很大的变化。当弧菌在水中形成优势种群,在虾体内达到致病量的时间约需1～2周。更多还原

【Abstract】 TCBS medium,a common material used in isolation of vibrios in clinical medicine, can easily be used in isolating, Vibrios in shrimp culture. During water quality supervising in shrimp culture, there will be a great change in water quality when the vibrios population increases greatly and abruptly in the water, for example,from 100 cells/ml to 300～500 cells/ml in TCSB medium.
