一种基于ICL8038芯片的LD外围电路
A Kind of Peripheral Circuits of LD Based on Generator ICL 8038
【摘要】 本文研究了半导体激光器(LD)的调制电路、自动功率控制电路(APC)以及自动温度控制电路(ATC),并基于单片函数发生器ICL8038制作了频率连续可调、占空比可调的半导体激光器调制电路,有效地抑制了尖峰脉冲。
【Abstract】 This paper have experimentally studied on the modulation circuit of LD, the auto power control circuit (APC) and auto temperature control circuit ( ATC ). In this paper the LD modulation circuit with adjustable frequency and duty ratio based on generator ICL8038have been designed, and the bad pulse is quenched.
