新型半人工热电偶动态测温方法
A new type of method of dynamic testing temperature for semi-artificial thermocouple
【摘要】 为快速直接测量某化爆材料瞬时切削温度,在高速钢W18Cr4V刀头内镶嵌一镍铬薄片,且在最接近工件的刀尖处形成一微小接点,研制出时间常数在1ms以内的半人工热电偶。当该热电偶用于现场模拟工件的切削试验时,传感器能快速响应瞬态切削温度,取得满意结果。
【Abstract】 In order to directly test the cutting temperature of a specific easy-exploded material, a slice of NiCr is put into the W18Cr4V blade.And a small joint is made at the nearest place of the cutting edge. The new type of semiartificial thermocouple is developed. The constant time is less than 1#ms. It is applied to cutting the simulated workpiece on the spot. The sensor can fast respond to the cutting temperature at the real time and good results are achieved.
