柠檬酸体系中SmFeO3的合成及酒敏特性
Synthesis and ethanol-sensitive properties of SmFeO3 in the system of citrate
【摘要】 以Sm2O3,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,硝酸为原料,在柠檬酸体系中用溶胶凝胶法合成了具有钙钛矿结构的稀土复合氧化物SmFeO3;用XRD,TEM对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行了表征;结果表明,产物为纳米颗粒,平均粒径为30nm左右,且颗粒均匀。另外还采用静态配气法测试了材料的气敏性能,发现SmFeO3对乙醇有很高的灵敏度,且抗干扰能力强,有较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 With the Sm2O3,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,nitric acid for the raw material,rare earth composite oxide SmFeO3 which has the structure of perovskite was synthesized by using sol-gel method in the system of citrate.Its composition,size and shape were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the sample is nanocrystalline and its mean grain size is 30nm or so and the grain is even.Moreover,the gas-sensitive properties of the material are tested by adopting static-gas method.The results show that SmFeO3 has higher sensitivity to ethanol and anti-interference ability.So it has a better prospect in practice.
