电容式传感器性能参数的虚拟标定方法
Virtual calibration method of performance parameter for capacitive sensor
【摘要】 图形化软件(LabView)是虚拟现实技术在自动化、测试仪器仪表行业中的应用,是对传统仪器概念的重大突破。电容式测微仪将位移的微变转换为电压的微变,通过A/D采集板(ZTIC8310)将电压的微变传入计算机,然后利用LabView软件中的虚拟仪器模块对逐次采集的信号进行计算,按照不同的评价原理自动得到性能参数,如:线性度,分辨力等。通过虚拟仪器进行的参数标定是评价真实仪器性能指标的有力证明。论述了虚拟仪器LabView对真实仪器的标定原理及方法。
【Abstract】 LabView has been widely used in automatization and measurement instrument.It has a lot of merits compared with traditional instrument.Change of displacement can be converted to voltage by capacitive precisionmeasured instrument.And voltage is easy to be transferred to computer by A/D card ZTIC8310.Multi voltages of different distance can be computed by virtual instrument in LabView and calibration arguments will be got through different formula,such as linearization,and resolving power,etc.These arguments can give exact evaluation to capacitive precisionmeasured instrument.Calibration principle and method of true instrument by virtual instrument are illustrated by follow.
