基于磁阻式传感器的引信转数测量方法
Measuring method of fuze rotational numbers based on magnetoresistive sensors
【摘要】 在分析地磁场特点基础上提出利用磁阻式传感器进行转数测量的方法,推导出磁阻式传感器输出信号为弹体转角的正、余弦函数关系式,设计了相应的信号调理电路及数据存储测试系统,给出了系统软件框图。对调理后的电压信号波形计数即可准确获得弹丸的转数,为旋转弹丸引信炸点精确控制提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The distributing and characteristics of earth’s magnetic field are analyzed.A method of measuring the turns applied to proximity fuze based on magnetoresistive sensor is proposed.That output of magnetoresistive sensors is the sine function of the projectile’s degrees rotational numbers is deduced.The circuit used to signal process and a microstored data acquisition system based on ADμC812 are designed.The framework of the software design is also described.The projectile’s turns can be exactly gained by calculating the number of the output signal curve.Therefore,the precise control basis of the point blasting for the pinning round’ proximity fuze is provided.
