基于壳聚糖膜的ISFET麻黄碱传感器的研究
Study on Ephedrine Sensor by Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistor Based on Chitosan
【摘要】 以硅钨酸为电活性物质 ,用壳聚糖代替传统的聚氯乙烯 (PVC)作为成膜物质 ,制成药物敏感膜。将其与离子敏感场效应晶体管 (ISFET)相结合 ,制成药物敏感传感器。传感器对麻黄碱有良好的响应 ,能斯特范围为 5 0× 10 - 5~ 1 0× 10 - 2 mol·L- 1 ,响应的灵敏度为 5 8 3mV/pC(C的单位为mol·L- 1 ) ,适宜的pH范围是 3 5~ 8 0。利用该传感器分析麻黄碱片剂含量 ,结果和药典方法相一致
【Abstract】 The paper has described a medical sensitive membrane, which is based on Silicotungstic acid as active material, Chitosan took the place of traditional PVC as membranous material. The sensor has good response for Ephedrine Hydrochloride.The sensor exhibits Nernst response for ephedrine hydrochloride with a slop of 58 3 mV/decade over the concentration ranges of 5 0×10 -5 ~1 0×10 -2 mol·L -1 at pH 3 5~8 0. The method has been used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in table, The results obtained with the pharmacopoeia method.
