液氮冷却条件下纳米AgCl/PMMA杂化材料的断面研究
Study on the Fracture Planes of Nano-AgCl/PMMA Hybrid Material under the Liquid Nitrogen Cooling Condition
【摘要】 采用本体聚合法制备了纳米AgCl/PMMA杂化材料。XRD分析表明 ,该杂化材料是无定形的。高分辨率SEM分析表明 ,AgCl纳米粒子呈球形 ,分布较均匀 ,粒径小于 50nm。SEM和EDS分析表明 ,液氮冷却条件下纳米AgCl/PMMA杂化材料断面为脆性断裂 ,Ag、Cl元素在杂化材料中均匀分布
【Abstract】 Nano-AgCl/PMMA hybrid material was synthesized by in si tu polymerization. XRD analyses indicats that the prepared samples are amorphous .SEM shows that the AgCl nanoparticles are spherical in shape, the size is less than 50nm, particle size distribution is in narrow range, and no agglomerates ar e observed. SEM and EDS analyses indicats that the elements of Ag, Cl in the fra cture planes of nano-AgCl/PMMA hybrid materiasl under the liquid nitrogen coolin g condition are homogeneous distribution.
