Yb2O3纳米晶光伏性质的研究
Study on Photovoltage Properties of Nanocrystalline Yb2O3
【摘要】 利用紫外一可见反射吸收光谱对不同粒径Yb2O3纳米晶进行了光吸收特性的研究,对其在300nm~500nm的宽带吸收指认为02p→Yb4 f电荷转移跃迁。利用表面光电压谱和场调制表面光电压谱技术对不同粒径Yb2O3纳米晶进行了光伏特性及界面电子行为的研究。
【Abstract】 The diffuse reflectance spectra of nanocrystalline Yb2O3 were measured in the UV-vis region. The absorption band in the region from 300 to 500nm was assigned to the O2p→Yb4f transition. The behavior of light-induced charge transfer and photovoltaic properities of nanocrystalline Yb2O3 were investigated with surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and electric field modulating SPS techniques.
