【摘要】 加入WTO使我国企业步入了对外竞争的新阶段,重新审视企业战略管理,已关系到企业未来的生存与发展。

【Abstract】 China’s entry into the WTO symbolizes a new stage in foreign competition of our enterprises. It is essential to the development and existence of enterprises to reexamine strategic management of enterprises.
