【摘要】 简要介绍了新时期基层党建工作的做法,认为新时期的基层党组织党建工作应加强领导班子建设,不断增强党组织的凝聚力;必须以学院和系的中心工作为有效载体;应该积极倡导理论联系实际的党组织生活形式;要大力提倡发挥党员的"先锋模范带头作用"和"赏识教育"并举;把学生党员的发展和教育管理看作是德育教育工作的重要环节和过程;党建的目标是营造浓厚和民主的学术、教学、科研氛围,努力提高教育教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces briefly the practice of the party construction of party organizations at the basic level. It holds that in the party construction of party organizations at the basic level, the construction of the leaders group must be strengthened, the cohesive force of the party organizations must be increased, the work of the department and of the institute must be taken as effective media, the "integrating theory with practice" regular activities of the party organizations must be promoted, the "pioneer and model leading effects" and "appreciation education" must be popularized in members, and the recruitment of students into the party and educational management must be considered as the important links and process in morality education. The aim of party construction is to create rich and democratic atmosphere for learning, teaching, and scientific research so as to improve the quality of teaching and education.更多还原
