Contract governance and items’ judicial person system
【摘要】 针对近几年经济界对项目法人负责制的讨论,从契约的角度、用契约治理理论,解释了项目法人负责制的必要性和实质。
【Abstract】 From the angle of contract and the theory of contract governance, the article explains the necessity and the essence of the items’ judicial person system on the basis of recent discussions of the items’ judicial person system.
