【摘要】 目的　研究用中药血清药理学方法制备柴胡止血液含药血清的标准。方法　观察给药 3天或 7天 ,灭活或未灭活处理制备的含药血清及空白血清对培养的兔子宫内膜组织块分泌一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。结果　与对照组比较 ,给药 3天未灭活的空白血清组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ,给药 7天已灭活的空白血清组无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　 1柴胡止血液含药血清的制备应选取连续给药 7天后采集并需经灭活处理更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:: To investigate the preparative standard of serum with Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid. Methods:Observed the effect on serum with Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid (administration of Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid for 3 days or 7 days, inactivated or not inactivated) and blank serum to Nitrogen nonoxide in cultivated rabbits mucocus membrane. Results:Contrasted with control group, there was no marked difference between blank serum and serum with Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid (administration of Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid for 3 days and not inactivated) (P>0.05), but there marked difference between blank serum and serum with Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid (administration of Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid for 7 days and inactivated ) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum with Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid was collected after administration for 7 days and inactivated.更多还原
