【摘要】 目的　探讨小柴胡汤对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法　复制S180 荷瘤小鼠模型 ,通过测定小柴胡汤不同剂量组与模型组间红细胞C3b花环结合率 (ERC -C3b)及红细胞免疫复合物IC花环率(ERC -IC)来分析小柴胡汤在红细胞免疫方面的作用。结果　小柴胡汤中、小剂量组抑瘤率高于模型组 (P<0 0 5或 0 0 1) ;与模型组比较 ,小柴胡汤中 ,小剂量组ERC -C3b降低 (P <0 0 1) ,而各剂量组ERC -IC都有升高趋势 ,但以中剂量组升高最明显 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　小柴胡汤有一定抑瘤作用 ,并对S180 荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能也有抑制作用 ,说明小柴胡汤的抑瘤作用与红细胞免疫有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect on Xiao chai hu decoction to cellular immunity of mice with S 180 fleshy tumor. Methods:The mice model with S 180 fleshy tumor was reproducted and randomly divided into the treated groups and control groups. Detected the ERC-C 3b and ERC-IC.Result:Xiao chai hu decoction can restraining the growth of tumor and reducing the level of ERC-C 3b, raising the level of ERC-IC. Conclusion:Xiao chai hu decoction has the effect of restraining the function of cellular immunity.更多还原
